Below is a brief overview of the process for recovering your important data.
- Step 1
Complete the contact form or call us on 01626 891 796. We will arrange the collection of your hard drive with a reputable courier.
- Step 2
Once we recieve your hard drive we will determine the type of recovery needed and provide you with an accurate cost for the recovery before any work is carried out. If you are unhappy with our price we will return your drive with no charge and no recovery. Our pricing policies are very competitive and we will match and beat any like for like price.
- Step 3
We do our magic and get back your data and important information. We will firstly explain what the requirements are for the recovery and if for example in cases of Hard Drives physically damaged we will explain any risk factors.
- Step 4
Finally we will send back the recovered data on a new hard drive or if the data is less then 20GB in size we can return your data on DVD CD's. If you would like to donate a fualty HDD drive that has been recovered we will recycle the drive and might be able to make use of the PCB on the drive as these are sometimes impossible to obtain for older model drives.
